About the Role: 

We are searching for a qualified Enterprise Sales Support Specialist to join our Enterprise sales team. This person will the subject matter expert in providing support to our Enterprise Account Managers with a primary focus on supporting and driving (EMEA) software renewals. This person will also provide additional sales support on an as-required basis.

A Day in The Life of Our Enterprise Sales Support Specialist

  • Provide necessary support as directed by the Enterprise account managers to ensure that software renewals are correctly created, quoted, delivered, and closed prior to license expiration dates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with customer accounts as requested by Enterprise Account Managers.
  • Follow up with customers about contracts, purchase orders, and other questions.
  • Monitoring performance indicators for the Enterprise renewal business.
  • Advise on quote structure, license configuration, and alternative deal structures.
  • Consult with cross functional stakeholders as needed such as sales operations, legal, and finance to accelerate deal closing and accurate closing.
  • Work directly with the Enterprise SVP to ensure the Enterprise renewal business grows and is scalable.
  • Create ad-hoc SFDC reports.
  • Additional Sales support may be requested on an as-required basis.

What You’ll Need For This Position:

  • BS degree in Business Administration or associate degree in relevant field a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ quoting.
  • Experience in developing quotations for software products.
  • Attention to detail and CRM data integrity.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoys working in an evolving and fast paced environment.
