About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in AI-driven business applications. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and quickly validating them through POC (Proof of Concept) processes. Your work will be critical in turning these validated opportunities into impactful, scalable solutions that enhance both internal operational efficiency and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • AI & Business Applications: Lead the exploration and application of AI technologies in business scenarios, including but not limited to data analysis, natural language processing (NLP), and automation systems.
  • POC Development: Independently design and execute POC projects to quickly validate business ideas and potential AI applications.
  • Solution Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate successful POCs into practical, scalable solutions that align with business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data processing tools and techniques to derive insights that drive decision-making and optimize customer experiences.
  • NLP and Automation: Develop and apply NLP techniques with internal stakeholders and vendors to enhance customer service systems, including chatbots and help centers, and improve internal process automation.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Continuously explore AI-driven approaches to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction. 

What We Look For In You:

  • Preferred majors include Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in AI product management, business analysis, data analyst or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a strong advantage, particularly in applying AI to enhance customer interactions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data processing tools and NLP technologies.
  • Proven ability to independently carry out POC projects from conception through to validation, with a track record of translating successful POCs into operational applications.
  • Strong self-motivation and innovative spirit, able to think creatively and strategically in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
