We are a US company with presence in LATAM and experience in the areas of near-shore outsourcing, technology, software development, education and digital transformation.
We are currently looking for an IT Sourcer to join our team.
What will you do?
-Collaborate with the recruiter to understand the requirements of each vacancy.
-Generate candidate search strategies through various channels and/or tools.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screening to assess candidates' skills and fit for specific roles.
- Pre-select candidates based on their skills, level of English, salary range, etc.
-Find creative ways to attract candidates during the initial contact phase.
-Scheduling interviews according to candidate availability
-Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
What do you need?
-Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Sourcer.
-Experience in the Latin American market.
-Advanced English is a must (B2/C1).
-Previous experience working in consulting firms or IT companies.
- Previous experience using LinkedIn /Google / Boolean search
- Experience using ATS (Lever, bullhorn, etc) is desirable.
