Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop strategic partnerships with B2B partners in the APAC region, including but not limited to Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, FinTechs, IT consultancies, system integrators, referral agencies, and eCommerce and freelance platforms.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Build and execute go-to-market strategies to optimize partner collaboration, client acquisition, brand awareness, and education, ensuring Unlimit is the partner of choice.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert on Unlimit’s product offerings and capabilities, providing customer-oriented solutions and feedback on new opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Agility in Partnership Building: Move quickly to build a world-class ecosystem of commercial partnerships to advance Unlimit’s transaction processing volume.
- Strategic Planning: Develop local partnership strategy plans, identify strategic partners, secure commercial agreements, build long-term account plans, and deliver sustainable growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Focus on the continuous improvement of partner experience, enhancing processes for partners, their merchants, and Unlimit.
- Relationship Building: Lead and attend partner and customer industry events, as well as other in-person meetings to build strong relationships and become the partner of choice in the region.
Your Experience and Mindset:
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of B2B partnership experience in industries such as Technology, Finance and Insurance, and Professional Services.
- Network and Track Record: Proven track record and network in Payments, FinTech, Web Development Agencies/System Integrators, SaaS, eCommerce, and Freelance Platform industries is desirable.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a fantastic approach to problem-solving, relationship building, and a willingness to undertake domestic and occasional business trips.
- Deal Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating and closing deals with new partners at C-suite, Director, and Senior-Level.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional at building relationships with a great attitude, working smart, and enjoying the process. Experience working cross-functionally with other business teams such as finance, legal, product, sales, and marketing.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English both verbally and in writing; proficiency in an additional Asian language (Mandarin Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean) is beneficial.
- Result-Oriented: Commercially driven with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent negotiation skills.
