The Role:
Data Archival Implementation Consultant
What You Will Do:
The role of Data Archival Implementation Consultant will provide you the opportunity to build your skills in a fast-paced and challenging environment working directly with clients to archive legacy healthcare information systems to our native cloud-based archival platform, VitalCenter Online. This role requires solid interpersonal and organizational skills as well as intermediate technical skills. Although formal professional experience is not required, relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Building strong relationships with your clients
· Managing multiple projects, across a wide array of clients
· Work with client subject matter experts to analyze workflows and requirements for data retention
· Perform validation of archived data to maintain accuracy and integrity of the data
· Lead client team through validation process and triage reported issues
· Act as liaison between the development/technical team and the client
· Provide training to key stakeholders and client validation team
· Ensure project success
Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:
· Must have a desire to learn and take on challenging projects
· Exceptional communication and organization skills
· Strong problem solving, attention to detail and analysis skills
· Must have strong ability to multitask
· Solid technical acumen
· Experience with EMR systems or other healthcare information systems
· Experience with Supply Chain (ERP)/HR/Payroll systems preferred
· 1+ years professional experience
· Education: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Health Information Management, or related field
· Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or currently able to legally work in the U.S.
Work Location and Schedule Requirements:
This position can be 100% remote. Work from home requirements are:
· Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
· High Speed Internet Service
· It is a requirement that employees work in a distraction free workplace

Salary: Starting at $60,000 commensurate with experience
