Details about this opportunity:

• Full Time/ Part-Time, Fee for Service Opportunities. Flexible scheduling available!
• Position available near Larchmont, NY
• Fee for Service Compensation: $60-$69 / hourly rate service 
  • Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held 
• Salary Compensation: $64,000-$67,000 (salaried roles would need to be split between the district and the clinic setting)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

And this background:

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
• Bilingual is a plus
