We're looking for an experienced product leader who's managed and led exceptional technical products. </p><p dir="ltr">This person loves being part of a team - and working with them to deliver consistent excellence - as well as working with high accountability to driving measurable impact.</p><p dir="ltr">Being part of our product team within Beam will mean experimenting, learning from our mistakes and successes, setting a sky-high quality bar for product, and influencing the strategic direction based on partner feedback and market demands.<br><br><strong>Please note this role is UK-based, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><h3>You’ll be</h3><ul><li dir="ltr"><strong><strong>Leading product strategy</strong> - </strong>You'll rapidly acquire deep knowledge of our products and markets and drive product strategy, working closely with both cofounders</li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Hands-on in Product Management</strong> - As well as the clouds, you'll love be comfortable in the weeds of PM'ing, defining excellence in the details</li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Increasing our efficiency</strong> - both of the product and team, in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm</li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Establishing clear and measurable goals </strong>- Define and set meaningful goals, for which you hold yourself and your team accountable, including managing OKR cycles<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Making evidence-based decisions </strong>- Quickly using a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and market insights.
