As the Senior Student Systems Program Manager at Bezos Academy, you will own the student management system that allows Bezos Academy to track attendance and communicate with families across our multi-state network of tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools. You will select and implement the alumni management system that allows Bezos Academy to keep in touch with our graduates. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to determine student system processes in support of our school policies and create user-friendly training guides and communications. You will ensure that all schools, students, and families are set up in the system, and partner with the IT team on system support for staff. You will manage the vendor relationship, and determine which new system features to roll out, creating change management communication. With an eye towards continuous improvement, you will also partner with local school leaders to ensure school teams are utilizing our student management system effectively.
You join a small team that operates at all levels, from strategic design to tactical implementation. You bring prior experience with program management, system administration, and stakeholder engagement. You are highly organized, agile, with a tenacious appetite for learning and discovery. Above all, you share our passion for increasing access to high-quality early childhood education in under-resourced communities and are excited to help us improve our student systems as we grow our national footprint.
