We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. As the driving force behind all marketing efforts for Thunder Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and attracting top talent to our dynamic team.
You’ll report to our PH Country Leader, but will also work closely with the Global Marketing Director and other internal stakeholders from our cutting-edge corporate marketing to our PH Talent and Operations Leader on recruiting marketing and employer branding. You’ll also work closely with external creative and PR agency partners and other marketing vendors to bring influential campaigns to market and use data to iterate on marketing decisions and measure effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategy and drive strategic marketing campaigns that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels and tactics such as Social Media, Email Marketing, Website Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, employee, and customer needs.
- Manage and enhance the content and structure of all digital platforms to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Manage the creation of compelling content and the execution of campaigns and marketing budget.
- Deliver integrated marketing programs and activities that support business strategy, including the development of messaging, recruitment marketing materials, website content, crafting email, social media, and advertising campaigns, thoughtware, and video content, among other projects.
- Collaborate with the Talent and Operations team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all Thunder branding initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate employer branding events, such as networking events, recruitment fairs, virtual events or webinars, CSR events, and internal employee engagement activities.
- Generate out-of-the-box marketing ideas in support of our growth strategy.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics.
- Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activities.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in marketing to keep our strategies ahead.
- Develop and execute Employer Branding Strategy aligned to Thunder’s culture, values and employee value proposition.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant technology or marketing experience - with a focus on content creation, content marketing, employer branding and social media promotion.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Industry (Strongly Preferred: Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or a professional services consulting firm.)
- Strong experience in social media platforms, Google, Slack, Canva and other marketing tools
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related roles, preferably within a startup or dynamic environment
- Proven ability to produce content and build online communities
- Fluent in Salesforce Account Engagement and Engagement Studio
- Holistic marketing “toolbelt” - understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
- Track record shows you think strategically, yet execute tactically
- Strong organizational skills and project management skills - you prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with a fast turn-around
- You write persuasively - expertly position and craft compelling narratives, use cases/case studies, and thought leadership about how we deliver our work
- Fluent in analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine future marketing investment and measure effectiveness
