Location - Bangalore, Mumbai

 

Key Responsibilities: • Automation Framework Enhancement: Testing frameworks- Selenium, Cucumber - Java Junit Mockito,Azure DevOps • Framework Development: Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium and Java, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable. • Domain Expertise: Utilize your banking domain knowledge, specifically with Finacle and digital banking experiences, to develop and execute effective test strategies. • Testing & Validation: Conduct detailed testing and validation of applications, ensuring high quality and reliability in a banking environment. • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of automation frameworks. • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in automation practices. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the automation framework, test scripts, and test results, ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Experience: min 4 years of hands-on experience in test automation and framework development using Selenium, cucumber

Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver. o Experience with automation framework design and development. o Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, etc. o Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Domain Knowledge: o In-depth understanding of the banking domain. o Experience with Finacle core banking solution and digital banking platforms. • Soft Skills: o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
