Involve in all meetings with business team and get sign off on all requirement deliverables. Handle all defect triages. Work closely with Dev/ QA team for any clarifications on business requirements. Incorporate business feedback in all mapping requirement document and maintain clear version controlRequired Qualifications:6+ Years of performing business analysis with specific experience in source to target data mapping6+ years of experience in handling healthcare data covering enrollment, claims, lab, Revenue and Provider data. Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with business teams to elicit business requirements6+ years of experience in developing data flows and business process maps.
