What Your Tasks Will Be:
- Provide support and close cooperation with management to deliver commercial plans.
- Support and prepare all the data/information required to populate various commercial reports.
- Assist and manage sales data accuracy for alignment with budgeted revenue.
- Assist with early identification of potential revenue slippages through the month, including the identification of constraints and identification of solutions.
- Work with Country Heads around the world to analysis of:
1. Actual revenue vs budgeted revenue and reasons of the change
2. Business trends
3. High probability opportunities
4. Market Intelligences
- Ensure all business related reports, e.g. Profit Centre Report, Agent Report, Sales Report to be maintained accurately.
- Provide analysis and insights on Sales Performance (Revenue, KPI, Sales Activities, Pipeline, Products, Customer Retention/New Business Generation, Key Customers RFQ analysis, Sales Costing etc.) to support managements’ business needs.
- Monitor/follow up the progress of projects and action items set by management.
- Employ data science tools (Excel, SQL) and techniques (PowerPoint, Power BI) to build meaningful performance models (Key Performance Indicators / Dashboard setting) and streamline existing reporting and recommend improvements or enhancements to support ongoing sales strategies and business plans.
- Assist manager in the management, coordination and follow up with various departments and offices under his area of responsibilities.
- Support intensive schedule/appointment; manage travel plan & itineraries for the VIP clients and the Superior.
What Your Experience Will Be:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Strong logical & Analytical Thinking
- Excellent data-processing and proficient in analytical tools, such as excel(vba), sql, python, etc
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Business acumen, result driven and always willing to learn/ help/ take ownership
- Able to work under tight deadline and dynamic environment
- Active team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English is a MUST
- Able to travel
