Salary Range: $160k-$180K/ Annum + Benefits


Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Manager to join our healthcare organization as we continue to expand and innovate in the delivery of healthcare services.
• As a Portfolio Manager - Healthcare Delivery, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our healthcare service portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare solutions to our clients and patients.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance our healthcare service offerings.

• Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of healthcare service projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, client needs, and industry best practices.
• Delivery Oversight:Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process for healthcare projects, including project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
• .Stakeholder Collaboration: with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clients, regulatory bodies, and technology partners, to drive seamless service delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
• Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development and execution of the healthcare service portfolio strategy, identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for innovation.
• Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources across multiple projects to ensure efficient resource utilization, project timelines, and budget adherence.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of healthcare service quality.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that values innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular status reports, project updates, and presentations for executive stakeholders, conveying project progress, challenges, and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in portfolio management, project management, or a related role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare service delivery processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving healthcare landscape.
