We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Lead to support the day-to-day operations of our global ads reseller business in true scaled markets. In this role, you will assist in executing our reseller strategy and collaborate with regional Partner Sales teams to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Assist in executing the sales strategy for our advertising sales reseller business in partnership with regional Spotify sales leads.
- Support revenue growth efforts across our portfolio of ads reseller partners.
- Collaborate with regional teams to manage and enhance reseller partnerships.
- Help support global deals in scaled markets to drive revenue and partnership success.
- Help coordinate with internal teams (legal, sales operations, business marketing, product, and tooling) to provide services and tools necessary for scaling our reseller business.
- Drive operational excellence across the partner ecosystem, including prioritization, forecasting, tooling, product adoption, and enablement.
- Aid in the onboarding and ongoing training of reseller partners to ensure successful implementation of Spotify’s ad offerings.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve partner engagement and sales outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and execution of reseller initiatives.
Who You Are
- 7+ years partnering and leading sales partners or resellers or in a similar role, preferably within the digital advertising ecosystem in scaled markets.
- Understanding of the digital ads landscape and how to position Spotify’s offerings effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on executing operational tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with partners.
- Driven to support sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
- Must have business-level fluency in English.
