Where do you fit in?

With a passion for innovation and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a background in Marketing Technology and Software as a Service (SaaS) to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and growth within our existing client base focusing on enterprise brands and key partnerships. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technology and SaaS solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within existing client organizations, understanding their evolving needs and positioning our marketing tech solutions effectively.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring the delivery of exceptional value and maintaining a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with the product and marketing teams to tailor offerings to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase and expand revenue from the existing client base, with a specific focus on larger brands and agency partnerships within the marketing technology sector.
  • Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and long-term partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Leverage your knowledge of marketing technology and agency operations to engage clients on a strategic level, providing insights and solutions that shape their future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and market changes to proactively identify growth opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ Years of proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology and familiarity with agency operations, enabling you to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Strong network within larger brands and agencies, and a demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with steering enterprise accounts in the right direction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving mindset
  • The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and driven by a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
