The opportunity:

  • We are seeking a Senior Manager to Associate Director to deliver finance transformation and operational improvement initiatives. This role offers the chance to deliver a variety of complex projects, contribute to our impressive portfolio, and help grow our successful practice

Day to day you will:

  • Deliver transformation and systems implementation projects, redesign processes, and determine client requirements to deliver projects aimed at operational improvement and efficiency.
  • Build strong client relationships across various industries and manage a high-performing team.
  • Establish strong credibility by demonstrating expertise, delivering high-quality results, and staying updated on industry trends and provide strategic insights to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate within the firm to establish leadership and contribute to team management, including financial performance and people management.
  • Partner with KPMG Global/ASPAC finance network.

What you’ll bring to our team:

  • 7-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in functional finance, preferable in a large consulting environment.
  • Extensive experience in finance transformation and strategy.
  • Experience in using or implementing any leading Finance ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA/CFA or similar specialization.
  • Ability to multitask across a range of activities and manage complex projects.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, professional, and outcome
