Our Delta Technology team is looking for Senior Consultant - Vulnerability analyst to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.
The Senior Consultant - Vulnerability analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans using Qualys and Tenable to identify security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and weaknesses.
- Perform Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) for applications within scope.
- Analyze scan results to identify security weaknesses or vulnerabilities, assess their severity, and prioritize the end-to-end remediation process, including coordination with all relevant IT stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain custom vulnerability management dashboards in the tools for the remediation teams to action on.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of vulnerability scan findings, remediation activities, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders, including management, IT teams, and other relevant parties, regarding the status of vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of vulnerability assessment policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective practices across the organization.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on vulnerability assessment tools, techniques, and methodologies.
The Senior Consultant - Vulnerability analyst will also have the responsibility of being a part of the Delta Digital Fund Industry club. In their role as a consultant, the Senior Consultant - Vulnerability analyst will provide support to other colleagues when expertise is required.
Requirements
- Proven experience of more than seven years as a Senior Consultant - Vulnerability analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency with Tenable and Qualys tools.
- Knowledge of patch management processes and CVS security standards.
- Familiarity with the CISA catalogue and OWASP checklists.
- Skills in network configurations and security components.
- Experience in system administration (Windows & Linux).
- Experience with Qualys, Checkmarx, and Tenable.IO.
- License or Master qualification in Computer Science or equivalent
- English and French are mandatory; an additional language is considered an advantage.
