As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the tax practice area, delivering quality tax services, and increasing their firm's reputation. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
- Review and finalize complex tax returns and work papers
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates
- Participate in business development activities to expand our client base
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- CPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and regulations
- Experience with tax software and MS Office
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required
