The role:

Develop and execute a 360° digital strategy for a designated account base where partners have the global ecommerce platform as well as supporting partners with 3rd party ecommerce business. Accountable to meet targeted ecommerce sales, manage sell out and sell in whilst working in synergy with account manager to support and deliver overall growth of the distributor channel. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with ecommerce sites (ideally CMS) as well as account management.

What you will do:

Digital Account Management:

  • drive sales to achieve targets and deliver on KPI's
  • build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • total account management approach including forecasting, stock management, sell in presentations etc.
  • develop and establish internal processes to ensure high productivity

Global Digital Marketing:

  • build digital marketing strategy by market, influencing partners to execute the recommended plans
  • traffic driving, SEO, Social Media & overall brand management
  • provide partners with the support they need to execute plans & review regularly
  • regular competitor & market reviews to build understanding of local market

Site performance:

  • optimise range & campaign execution on platform sites as well as utilising key initiatives to drive sales.
  • optimise range & visibility on 3rd party ecommerce sites to drive brand awareness and sales online
  • support partners with optimising website operations, payments & logistics
  • manage site upgrades and re-skin projects

New website launches:

  • manage the site set up process from beginning to launch, supported by the SM
  • co-ordinate relevant teams and lead communication, updates & actions
  • work with agency to build and configure localised site including translation needs & testing
  • develop and execute site launch plans including digital marketing launch plans (SEO, PPC)

What you will need:

  • Ideally degree educated
  • Business or marketing qualification
  • Digital training desirable
  • Experience using BigCommerce & Jira/Trello
  • Understanding/interest in luxury beauty
  • Experience working in multiple markets globally
  • Experience using content management systems
