Rate - $40.74/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $61.11/HR)
Duration - 6 Month Assingment (possible extension)

POSITION: PRINT DESIGNER
REPORTS TO: DEPARTMENT MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: GRAPHIC COMMUNICATIONS
BUSINESS/DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW The Graphic Communications Department is a full-service support that is a fast-paced, customer-oriented production environment servicing clients within Client. It consists of Print Design and web-based products, distribution solutions and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The requirements and responsibilities for all aspects of this role include (but are not limited to) the following:
Develop, design and manage creative solutions for an array of print collateral projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities include:
o design and design management of projects, creative estimating, design process
o prepress selection/art direction of digital illustration and photo imagery
o client presentations
o press-check
o supervision and communication with clients and vendors regarding the project and processes
o design of Client-branded materials in accordance with Company branding guidelines
Candidate Qualifications Education – Four-year college degree in Graphic Design (BFA)
Five+ years' experience in a corporate production environment
Provide a portfolio/presentation of current work
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as a team
Organized, efficient time management skills with acute attention to detail
Capable of multitasking varied projects with time-sensitive deadlines
Proficient in Macintosh OS X, all Adobe software products including the CS6 package, (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Professional), Knowledge of Microsoft Office for file conversions essential.
