ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leader at its domain, is looking for a ΙΤ Ηelp Desk Technician  

 

📌 Location: Larissa

📍 Working Model: Onsite – 09:00- 17:00 - Availability to travel (20%)

 

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Head of IT   

 

What you will do:

As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within the company. Your focus will be on providing excellent support for both software and hardware-related problems.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to and resolving hardware-related IT issues in a timely manner
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware components
  • Assisting with software installations and updates when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of all issues and their resolution in the help desk system
  • Collaborating with other IT team members to improve processes and deliver outstanding service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or IEK or Technical School Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT Help Desk or similar role
  • Good knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
  • Knowledge of switching & antivirus (basic knowledge), Active Directory, file & print services
  • Basic understanding of software applications and operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of English
