The Contractor Programming Manager is an experienced and technical expert who will support Rewiring America’s contractor-facing initiatives across the country. Power Forward Communities, a coalition of which Rewiring America is a part of, was recently awarded $2 billion from the EPA as part of the National Clean Investment Fund. With the help of our growing team, we plan to use this capital to deploy subsidized loans, software products and market building tactics to ensure that Low Income & Disadvantaged Communities (LIDACs) are not left out of the clean energy transition. Our program will orchestrate on-the-ground electrification installs, including but not limited to: heat pump HVAC, heat pump water heaters, electric panel upgrades, remediation, and weatherization. We aim to make this process as seamless and efficient as possible for both contractors and program participants, making this position paramount in helping us achieve that goal.
In this role, the Contractor Programming Manager will be responsible for helping shape and implement our strategy for working with local contractors across the country to deliver high quality electrification installs. In addition, this person will provide significant technical and programmatic expertise to support the development of our programs and offerings.
This role will report to Rewiring America’s Director of Market Development.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000, commensurate to experience.
Comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families). Employees are able to enroll in 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Employees are also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 160 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. Employees will also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year (13 days during Presidential and Congressional elections). We have an office closure between Christmas and New Year. Employees are eligible for 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment. Regular, full-time employees and part-time employees are eligible to take up to sixteen weeks of parental leave, in all cases related to birth, adoption, or foster care starting from the first day of employment.
