We’re looking for a web optimization manager to join our web team in Berlin and take ownership of our website’s conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy. In this role, you will focus on conversion and experimentation, driving A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating with our teams to improve conversion metrics. Beyond running tests, you will take a holistic approach to conversion optimization, ensuring our website maximizes visitor-to-trial (V2T) conversions while also supporting paid marketing efforts with data-backed recommendations.
