We are looking for a talented and driven Tools Developer intern to join our dynamic Product team. This is an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of ORAN wireless technology and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Product team to design, develop, and maintain software applications that automate calculations, data processing, and product configuration.
- Ensure that the tools are user-friendly, reliable, and tailored to the specific use cases of the Product team.
- Provide support in testing, debugging, and refining the tools based on feedback from the teams.
- Document development processes, tool features, and provide user guides or training materials.
- Work alongside product managers, engineers, and designers to continuously improve and expand tool capabilities.
- Stay updated with relevant technologies and contribute ideas to enhance tool functionality
What you must have:
- Student of Computer Science, Software Engineering (or related technology field) with at least 2 years of remaining study period.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar (experience with building interactive tools is a plus).
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to build user interfaces for tools.
- Familiarity with data processing, algorithms, and creating customized calculators or data-driven applications.
- Understanding of software development practices, including testing, debugging, and version control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex requirements into functional, easy-to-use tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience developing calculators or configurators for web or desktop applications.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and an understanding of how software tools can support product development.
