The Clinical Research Team is building clinical evidences to support both regulatory and business activities, so that our products can deliver safe, effective and innovative healthcare outcomes.
🗨️ About the Position
The Clinical Scientist’s role primarily is to build up the evidence required for real-world application of the products. This role requires research capabilities, the ability to build mid to long term goals, and excellent communication skills.
🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Compile, write, and edit publication manuscripts of clinical research as well as scientific reports, conference abstracts for scientific exhibits, in-house use, or medical communication.
- Develops and supports a variety of documents including Clinical Evaluation Reports.
- Design clinical research studies, including sample size calculation, and develop protocols of clinical studies in collaboration with team members.
- Conduct statistical analysis of clinical study results for publication or regulatory submission.
- Engage in scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs regarding the efficacy, safety, and value of the product and identify unmet medical needs and evidence gaps in the portfolio.
- Actively engage with KOLs to initiate and support clinical research activities that align with company goals and ensure a strong scientific foundation and medical presence in the industry.
- Attending relevant conferences and scientific meetings to inform strategic initiatives and priorities.
- Promoting and supporting business activities using clinical evidence.
Requirements
🎯 Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in relevant industries
- Advanced degree in relevant scientific discipline or proven practical experience (e.g., M.Sc. in biostatistics, M.Sc. in AI with a focus on healthcare, PhD in a medical field, MD or other postgraduate science or equivalent qualification)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (including experience with R software)
- Proficiency in writing scientific manuscripts
- Business acumen and understanding of the commercial aspects of the medical industry
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to manage relationships with KOLs

- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Experience in the medical AI industry
