Responsibilities:

Ensure traceability of parts / products which includes vendor traceably (Batch / serial no identification, life cycle history) and As build Process data

Incoming Inspection / First Article Inspection

Maintaining quality documents like NC reports, in-process inspection reports, MSA, CTQ reports, FPY reports, Audit reports, Dispatch inspection reports

Quality Data Acquisitions in various ERP systems

Conducting process audit and ensure the observations are closed on time
Root cause analysis

Driving kaizen/quality improvement projects using Quality tools,

Secure linkage of traceability throughout various ERP systems to Statement of Quality and set paper for final products shipped

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelors in electrical, mechanical, polymer or chemical engineering, with min 4 years of experience in production quality background with logistics mindset

Competencies:

Able to read and understand production documentation drawings, Production Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Manufacturing Control plans (MCP), Inspection Reports, Materials Test reports
Exposure towards international quality and materials standards. (Egg, ASTM, ISO, ES)
Good understanding of quality tools
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills
Team player
Handling of basic measuring instruments
Experience with QDA or other equivalent Quality Data Acquisition Software
SAP or other ERP experience to secure data storage and retrieval.
Microsoft Office on user level
Supply chain understanding
