POSITION SUMMARY
The TPG Integrated Director of Operations will be a central information hub for scheduling, resource management, planning, and financial tracking. This person will maintain the “big picture” of all TPG Integrated agency operations daily and recommend labor, materials, schedules, and other resources to senior staff to keep the company running smoothly and efficiently while maximizing creative opportunities. They may also serve as agency Senior Producers on projects or pitches as needed and work closely with all the teams to produce materials at the highest level of quality, within budget, and promptly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create an all-agency job status tracker with client contacts, budgets, and resource needs.
- Create and run regular cross-functional agency status meetings
- Optimize team assignments across projects and time zones
- Hire freelance labor as needed.
- Develop a diverse slate of freelance talent and vendor relationships.
- Develop close relationships with other TPG divisions to allocate resources and maximize creative and production efficiency.
- Work closely with finance to maintain internal financial tracking of our agency's work across other divisions and overall performance against budgets.
- Identify potential improvements in the process as our agency continues to grow globally
- Contribute to creative and production conversations as a core team member.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 15-20 years of executive leadership across multiple disciplines at client, agency, or both in marketing, advertising, and communications.
- Extensive knowledge of the creative and production process
- Experience adapting and changing processes with a growing organization.
- Proven success leading teams through hi-pressure projects
- Experience maintaining budgets and planning against a P&L.
- A passion for working as a team in a fast-paced, collaborative manner.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote, and other production management software solutions.

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.
