How you will contribute to SLM's vision

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Field Operations Associate to support our Field Operations team. As the Field Operations Associate, you will assist in the seamless execution of operational procedures, ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our Locker network. Your role is essential in supporting the rapid expansion of our Locker network by collaborating with the Field Operations team and engaging with partners across our network.

In this role, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction by assisting in the efficient operation and growth of our Locker network, while helping create an outstanding customer experience.

What you will be doing

• Assist with the setup and removal of lockers
• Perform regular maintenance and address any technical issues with lockers
• Evaluate the suitability of locations for locker installations
• Ensure lockers are kept clean and presentable
• Coordinate with installation, transportation, and repair crews, organizing technical tasks such as concrete bases and electrical work
• Handle spare parts and anchoring materials for all related activities
• Manage and resolve tickets related to installations, maintenance, and other issues
• Travel as needed to perform the above tasks

Requirements

Your Skills & Experience

Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced working environment
• Previous work involving maintenance and repair tasks
• Familiarity with managing spare parts and inventory
• Experience in a technical sector or hands-on technical experience
• Background in operations or field services will be considered a plus
• Degree or certification in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology) will be considered a strong plus
