Saviynt is hiring smart and passionate individuals interested in writing and technology to
join our Product Documentation team. The Lead Technical Writer plays a critical role in writing and presenting Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts clearly and concisely for on-prem and cloud-based enterprise-grade.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10-15 years of relevant technical writing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/English Literature/Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to quickly understand IAM concepts and present them as easily comprehensible structured documents
- Possess strong problem-solving and project leadership skills to effectively track and manage documentation assignments in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of the documentation process, including writing, editing, graphics, production, Help authoring, and information design
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience with single-sourcing tools (such as MadCap Flare), Postman, Jira, and Confluence
- Flexible in terms of work hours to meet business objectives
