Convenient location for the role is Oulu, Finland. </p><p>As our Product Technical Owner, you will be a vital member of our maintenance team. You will serve as the technical lead and business partner for dedicated product functions, with a particular focus on overseeing the product’s maintenance and performance. We will take care of you by providing excellent onboarding experience with friendly, helpful, and passionate colleagues.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul> <li>Serve as the technical lead for the maintenance and lifecycle management of hardware products.</li> <li>Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure product reliability and optimize performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with R&amp;D, and NPI to resolve product issues, execute updates, and enhance product durability.</li> <li>Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for any technical challenges that arise.</li> <li>Work closely with customer support teams to resolve technical concerns from customers efficiently.</li> <li>Establish and document maintenance protocols, guidelines, and best practices to maintain product standards.</li> <li>Analyze product performance data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize performance.</li> <li>Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.</li> <li>Lead technical reviews and meetings with cross-functional teams, acting as the subject matter expert.</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).</li> <li>5+ years of experience in product ownership, or lifecycle management of hardware products.</li> <li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and oversee multiple tasks.</li> <li>Capability to work under pressure with tight schedules</li> <li>Understanding of the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components in hardware systems.</li> <li>Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis, solve complex technical problems, and implement effective solutions.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in global organization.</li> <li>Experience with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools is an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Are you the person we are looking for?</strong> </p><p>We are looking for a enthusiastic colleague with a can do attitude and strong problem solver mindset.
