As an Allocation Planning Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to redefine shapewear and inclusive fashion. Your role is pivotal in crafting the SKIMS shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate closely with both the merchandising and operations teams to accurately forecast demand and develop allocation strategies that align with company objectives. You will create the allocation strategies that deliver our financial objectives and assortment strategies.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:
· Create the allocation strategy for Skims Stores that deliver financial budget / forecast and execute the assortment vision set by merchandising.
· Lead allocation team and dive into sales forecasts, historical data, and upcoming events to ensure our products are where they need to be.
· Partner with our procurement team to keep the product pipeline flowing smoothly and pro-actively troubleshoot areas of concern.
· Create strategies to ensure inventory turns are on track by category and partner with cross-functional leaders to maximize or mitigate risk.
· Keep communication lines open with retail managers, merchandisers, and suppliers for seamless allocation plans.
· Identify process opportunities and lead change management for implementation and training.
· Fine-tune and adjust allocations to meet demand while minimizing overstock and out-of-stock situations.
· Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure products reach the right places at the right time.
· Train and develop team.
· Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product assortment and allocation.
