Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ability to resolve 2nd & 3rd level Network infrastructure support calls
• Experience in supporting LANs, WANs, Firewalls and Internet Infrastructure
• Understanding of fundamental concepts in Network Infrastructure, Internet and Firewalls
• Ability to administer, configure, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure equipment including Cisco, switches, routers, and ASA Firewalls.
• Experience with Citrix NetScaler Load Balancers.
• Experience with Cisco WAC and WAP (Wireless Controller and Access Point)
• Familiarity with the support, configuration and monitoring of a large Wide Area Network
• Experience of router configuration and routing protocols
• Ability to administer internet access control applications,
• Excellent problem solving and planning skills, a flexible approach with good verbal and written English communication skills & Quick Learner
• Experience of documenting systems and create network diagrams.
• Ability to take a structured, methodical, disciplined approach to procedures
• Understanding of ITIL standards.
• Working knowledge on the IP Telephony networking and Polycom video conferencing Products

• Must have worked in IT Security products like Firewall, IDS/IPS, Full Disk Encryption, External Media Access Management, Anti-Virus Management, Privilege Identity Management and Patch Management tools
• Must have experience managing IT Security Projects
• Must have experience in Vulnerability, Patch & Incident Management
• Strong communication, technical writing/diagramming and spoken skills in English
• Good organizing, prioritizing, synthesizing skills
• Must be motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Understand the fundamental concepts, principles and best practices of IT Security
• Must be able to handle clients in a confident, positive and responsive manner
• Candidate should have Certifications like - ISO 27001, CCNA, CCSA or CCISP
• Candidate must have knowledge on Excel, MS Project and MS Visio.
