<title>About the role</title>

As a General Manager, you’ll lead all local operations, including devising strategies and managing P&L, fleet management, supply chain and procurement. You’ll define and achieve business goals to drive growth and maximise profitability while considering our customers’ needs.

You’ll oversee the team in charge of keeping detailed records of all servicing, repairs, and inspections performed on our vehicles. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. local key vendors and vehicle repair shops) and acting as the primary point of contact between our business and regulators, government officials, and local communities.

In your role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and teams at the HQ, which include Product, Public Relations, Growth Analytics, Central Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, and Customer Support to efficiently address any issues related to operations or products.

• <point>You have at least 7 years of experience in Strategic Operations or a related field and have repeatedly shown your ability to drive business growth and bring expertise in P&L management.</point>

• <point>You have proven experience in managing an Operations team and possess leadership qualities that enable you to motivate and mentor your team and achieve positive outcomes.</point>
• <point>You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset, and you can examine data to optimise your team's activities and identify patterns and trends within the data.</point>
• <point>You can effectively communicate in English and Czech, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</point>
• <point>You’re passionate about new technologies and shared mobility and are used to creating business frameworks that are a foundation for your strategies and decisions.</point>
