Oracle PaaS Developer

• Designing and developing applications on the Oracle PaaS (Platform as a Service) platform, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Database Cloud Service, and other Oracle PaaS offerings.
• Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and solutions using Oracle PaaS technologies.
• Developing and implementing scalable and efficient code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Building and configuring Oracle PaaS components, including database schemas, application servers, web services, and security features.
• Integrating Oracle PaaS applications with other systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Conducting unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Oracle PaaS applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documenting technical designs, code changes, and system configurations.
• Keeping up to date with the latest Oracle PaaS technologies, best practices, and industry trends in cloud-based application development.
• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years’ experience as Oracle PaaS Developer.
• Strong on VBCS, OIC, ODI and ATP Database.
• Strong on SOAP/REST APIs and JSON Data processing.
• Strong in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Should be experienced in building webpages and Business Objects in Oracle VBCS and integrating them to Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Should be experienced in Oracle Cloud ERP integration with third-party systems using OIC, ODI.
• Root cause investigation and resolution for complex problems.
• Documentation experience - Technical design, Unit test scripts, Code migration document.
• Work closely with functional heads, stakeholders to understand the requirements and deliver solutions.
• Minimum 2-3 implementation experience.
