Compensation: $
16.50 / hour +
Our Kiosk Agents provide excellent service and a friendly face to our customers when they come in to rent our vehicles. Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Check returning vehicles for gas levels, damage and/or preventative maintenance or grounding
- Advise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt
- Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
- Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Enter ready car keys in the computer
- Handout car keys to customer
- Verify customer information when picking up vehicles
- Keep the Ready Line organized and clean
- Must have strong computer skills
