Job Description: General Summary Develops, creates, and modifies general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Documents software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. Identifies, analyzes, and documents problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. Develops testing programs that address areas such as software scenarios, error or bug retests, or usability. Participates in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. The responsibilities of this role include:

Job Description:
The candidate will work closely with our audio signal processing experts to implement and evaluate audio algorithms on Qualcomms HW platform. The candidate will also work with systems engineers to define test cases and execute offline and on-target evaluation of audio features.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bash/Python/Shell Scripting for testing automation, Proficient C and build generation/automation software like Cmake/Makefile.
Willing to write code based on specific coding guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player who enjoys working in a team environment and receive feedback in a positive manner. Take ownership of the projects and proactively ensure success of the projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Motivation for excellence. Detailed oriented and self-motivated to improve quality of the code. Take initiative to share opinions.
Experience in Voice call testing in an Audio Chamber / Audio Lab.
Signal Processing knowledge and characterizing audio quality.
Familiarity with ACQUA SW and HW for Lab testing is a plus.
Experience working with git.
