JOB INFORMATION Job Title: Office Support Services/ Facilities Assistant Location: Florham Park, NJ Role: Full time / Direct Placement No Remote. Need Onsite from Day 1 Key job Responsibilities: Set-up/teardown of business meetings and events.
Complete facility walkthroughs ensuring office spaces, kitchen, and commons areas are neat and clean.
Discharge mailroom responsibilities such as gathering and distributing mail & packages and mailing out the same.
Stock kitchen and pantry area.
Greet and look after guests; serve coffee or lunch when clients / guests are in the office.
Help organize dinner parties and events; help make reservations for events.
Run company errands (personal vehicle is required).
Be hands-on with all administrative duties pertaining to the office facility.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements for the incumbent to be successful in the role:
Thorough knowledge of Mailroom / facilities management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Optimistic, resilient, and flexible.
Ability to go beyond when needed.
Punctuality, accuracy, dependability, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Good oral and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.
