Sword Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product and Marketing Director to drive our website strategy, planning and execution. In this key role, you'll be at the intersection of product development, marketing, and design, shaping our digital presence to effectively communicate our vision, value proposition and generate leads at scale. As both an hands-on and strategic leader, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to elevate our B2B and B2C website experiences.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Sword Health's website, ensuring it effectively serves both B2B and B2C audiences;
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates;
- Oversee the creation of “wow” content and design elements that reflect our brand identity and are able to inspire and inform our audiences;
- Analyze website performance metrics and user behavior to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvements;
- Manage and inspire a dedicated team of developers, designers and content writers;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and product development to keep Sword Health at the forefront of AI digital health solutions.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in product management and digital marketing, with a strong focus on website development and optimization;
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B and B2C digital strategies at scale;
- Extensive experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization;
- Strong design sensibility and understanding of UX/UI principles, from the high level hierarchy of the website to the pixel details;
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to query and then translate data into actionable insights;
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- A hands-on, "doer" mindset, with the ability to be deeply involved in both strategy and execution.
What we would love to see:
- Experience in building digital experiences at scale;
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms;
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and experience in implementing successful campaigns;
- Showcase outcomes from website projects and marketing campaigns while still keeping design and experience at the center.
