As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in assessing and providing care to our patients, helping them achieve their highest level of independence. Your expertise will drive evaluations of home environments, functional abilities, and the development of personalized care plans that truly make a difference.
What We Offer

What You Bring
Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
Education: Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s (MS) in Physical Therapy.
Experience: At least 1 year as a practicing physical therapist. Prior home health experience is welcomed but not required—we’ll support your success!
