We're looking for a Head of Data Science for our CRM team to help build the bank of the future. As a key leader, you will take ownership of all data-related aspects of our end-to-end direct-to-customer marketing approach. You will play a critical role in shaping and supporting our CRM strategy by implementing advanced measurement techniques to ensure we accurately assess the impact of our efforts. Additionally, you will oversee our foundational data platforms, identifying and driving opportunities to enhance our current capabilities. Your expertise will be pivotal in advancing our segmentation strategy and collaborating with product teams to create a personalised future through the development of a dynamic decisioning layer.
At Monzo, we're building a bank that is fair, transparent and a delight to use. We’re growing extremely fast and have over 10 million customers in the UK, with over 200,000 new people joining every month. We’ve built a product that people love and more than 80% of our growth comes from word of mouth and referrals.
This is a great opportunity to shape the future direction of CRM for all of Monzo, as we lay the foundations to build a best in class analytics function. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product and engineering teams to build a sustainable CRM approach, building out our initial campaigns into a full set of personalised, optimised marketing communications.
