- MSP Distribution Channel Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Distribution strategy to achieve business growth and market expansion.
Identify, recruit, and onboard partners that align with 1Password’s MSP Distribution strategy.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Distribution MSP strategies and initiatives.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, including MSPs, and MSP Distribution
Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with MSP Distribution partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with partners.
- Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of channel sales programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Channel Program Management:
Design and manage channel programs, including incentives, promotions, and training programs.
Ensure that partners have the necessary resources, support, and training to effectively sell and support the company’s products and services.
Continuously evaluate and improve channel programs to enhance partner satisfaction and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage channel budgets and forecasts.
Provide regular updates and reports to the MSP executive team on channel performance and progress towards goals.
- Market Analysis and Insights:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the MSp Distribution channel landscape.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $179,000 USD and $242,000 USD and is commission eligible. The role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $168,000 CAD and $228,000 CAD and is commission eligible. The role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

We believe in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
