Business Operations - Remote

Care Harmony is seeking a business operations professional to lead our growth stage operations organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scaling the team, creating streamlined workflows and processes, and making data driven workflows. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare data and experience managing frontline health workers. This role will be 100% remote. Candidates must be passionate about patient relations and be prepared to double the operations organization in 12-18 months.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of experience with Healthcare Operations
• Proven experience implementing workflows and process improvements in a growing organization
• Previous experience managing the frontline health workers

• Previous experience at a growth stage startup
