We're searching for highly skilled Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise in developing and maintaining full-stack applications, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of fintech. You can expect to:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications, handling both frontend and backend components.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, optimizing applications for maximum performance and usability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
- Implement and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to support application functionalities.
- Work with modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies to build intuitive user interfaces and scalable server-side functionalities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations, contributing ideas to improve application performance and user experience.
Requirements
Hard Requirements
- Based in Canada
- 3+ years working on production web applications
- Can be autonomous and solve problems independently
- Prior experience with integrations in the Web3 space
- Excellent SQL skills and deep understanding of JavaScript/Typescript or Go
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience in a start up or scale up
- Have a passion for writing tests
Bonus Skills
- Strong understanding of React
- Have worked with large ETL pipelines and complex workflows
- Have worked with different blockchains or tools in the web3 ecosystem
- You enjoy working in startups and have been part of a team during its growth stage
