Senior Business Marketing Manager, Advertising Solutions (Quests)

The game developer ecosystem is critical for the success of Discord. We're seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to drive the demand generation efforts for our business offerings, with a strong focus on our advertising products, including Quests. You'll build programs to drive adoption of our solutions across AAA/AA game developers, including evolving our industry presence, empowering our growing sales team through the creation and training of sales enablement materials, and building lead generation and nurturing programs.

You will report to the Product Marketing lead.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the launch process and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, sales enablement for our suite of ad products focused on game developers, partnering closely with our sales and business development teams.
• Drive demand for our new advertising products working closely with the sales team to refine target accounts, and build and execute account-based marketing strategies. 
• Develop and maintain key sales enablement collateral and provide ongoing training sessions. 
• Support our event strategy for B2B products, including our presence at industry events and building out our own event and training series.

You'll Thrive in this Role if...

• 4+ years of business marketing experience with a technology platform, with a preference for experience in advertising, sales or sales enablement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to optimize the sales enablement process to improve our collaboration with the sales team. 
• Proficient in messaging, positioning and marketing/content strategy and comfortable with the creation, organization, and ongoing management of sales enablement materials.
• Strong understanding of advertising strategies, solutions, and KPIs.    
• Excel in ambiguous environments - excited about building new processes, business models and building an advertising business.
• Experience in the gaming industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000 to $203,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
