You will own a portfolio of Mid-market and a few Enterprise clients, and you will be responsible for developing this portfolio through client retention, upselling and cross-selling our B2B solutions.
You will build a strong relationship with your top customers and engage with clients across the entire national territory.
Additionally, you will create operational rhythm, establish and track KPIs, analyse business growth, market trends and other key metrics to drive new business opportunities within existing clients and ensure resolution of business challenges.
You also will work closely with Product, Sales Ops, Customer Support, Legal, Sales Managers and other cross functional stakeholders to further develop our customers. You serve as the primary FREENOW point of contact for all internal questions, escalations and service improvements regarding Mid-market in your region.
