About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to lead the organizational change required to support the rollout of new systems for our clients in Darwin. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and managing the change process, ensuring that the new system is successfully integrated into the organization, and ensuring that all stakeholders are fully engaged and informed throughout the process.

About You:
- Previous demonstrated experience as an organisational change manager.
- Contemporary knowledge and demonstrated use of change management frameworks, methodologies, practices and tools.
- Extensive demonstrated experience developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Experience working in a financial sector, a qualification or certification in change management is desirable.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan that includes communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies - Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and manage risks and issues related to the change process
