Capco is looking for an UX Copywriter with experience in the financial services sector to join our Innovation & Design practice.

About Innovation & Design:

We are a creative team of designers, researchers and copywriters who work with our clients to improve their user experience across customer- and employee-facing apps and online platforms. We work hand-in-hand with technologists at Capco and our clients to create wireframes, visual designs and copy that are state-of-the-art and user-friendly. We collaborate constantly to share learnings and brainstorm solutions.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and the Innovation & Design team to improve the user experience for customers and employees
• Collaborate across different teams with difference specialities to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
• Brainstorm solutions to tough client problems, speaking up and sharing your knowledge
• Work hand-in-hand with technologists at Capco and our clients to create wireframes, visual designs and copy that are state-of-the-art and user-friendly

About You

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of copywriting experience, with 2-3 years in the banking and/or insurance industry
• UX writer and editor who can also write presentation decks
• Content strategy experience preferred
• Able to work as part of an integrated team with designers, developers, testers, business analysts and project managers
• Expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe XD
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
