The Role
Fusion is seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) SME, to join our Go To Market Team. The role will support the development and execution of Fusions’ client and prospect business with the Sales Teams. The appointed person will provide thought leadership, market intelligence, and best practices aligned to our product strategy to support prospects and clients with innovation and transformation to address swiftly changing industry needs. This person will also support the Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to build trusted relationships within our client community and provide a subject matter and technology approach tied to our TPRM offerings. In this role, you will:
- Actively partner with the sales, account management and customer success teams to build and execute target account plans.
- Support AE’s and AM’s product demonstration strategy and execution
- Work with Sales Leaders with a focus on moving deals from 31% - 71%
- Increase our market viability in the TPRM industry through thought leadership content creation, solution demo development and training, user group facilitation, written publications, and webinars
- Nurture industry analyst relationships through regular industry analyst briefings and inquiries to promote awareness and support of Fusion's TPRM product vision, strategy, capabilities, and features
- Collaborate on internal messaging and sales collateral/messaging with Product Management and Product Marketing team to further define and articulate our TPRM solution
- Participate in industry events (both attending and speaking activities)
- Be a key contributor to Fusion sponsored industry round tables via participation, extending invites to industry leaders and helping develop relevant content.
- Collaborate continuously and closely with Product Management, Product Marketing and Marketing to deeply understand current, emerging and future product enhancements and provide subject matter considerations from the field for roadmap input
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of direct experience in a TPRM role as a practitioner, consultant, technologist, product manager or similar role
- Deep understanding of TPRM subject matter, regulatory frameworks, best practices, trends, emerging topics and industry expectations
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative thinker, collaborative partner who is highly organized, with strong presentation skills.
- Familiarity with software solutions in the TPRM space
- Operational Resilience program knowledge preferred.
- Ability to be a self-starter, working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to articulate, understand, and demo Fusion solutions/capabilities and how they can be effectively applied within the domain of TPRM is a plus, but not required in advance
