Data Analyst - Graduates Program

This program is designed to develop talented individuals in the tech field. It will run from July to September, which will provide you with intensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, focusing on areas like software development, data analysis, data engineering, and business intelligence. You'll work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals while expanding your skillset. Responsibilities

• Assist senior data analysts with collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis.
• Learn and utilize data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python (with libraries like pandas, NumPy), statistical software to perform data analysis and generate insights.
• Assist in creating reports and visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Support with ad-hoc data analysis requests to answer specific business questions.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of data analysis processes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree program in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for working with numbers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas).
• Familiarity with basic statistical concepts (desirable).
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and passion for data and its potential to solve problems.
