Deputy Director: Influencer Marketing 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall business/ company goal
  • Work closely with advertisers along with content creators and agencies to scale the business in a proactive and dynamic manner
  • Identify, and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and respective business objectives
  • handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.
  • It is important to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree ( MBA optional)
  • 5-7 years of work exp with top notch marketing agency,
  • Good working knowledge of digital marketing, creative tools and MS office
  • Strong bias for action
  • Good problem solving skills
