Deputy Director: Influencer Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall business/ company goal
- Work closely with advertisers along with content creators and agencies to scale the business in a proactive and dynamic manner
- Identify, and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and respective business objectives
- handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.
- It is important to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree ( MBA optional)
- 5-7 years of work exp with top notch marketing agency,
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing, creative tools and MS office
- Strong bias for action
- Good problem solving skills
